On the Farm

Ok, so I'm not actually on a farm, but there are some farmish undertones happening here. I think perhaps I'll call this look, farm-retro chic. Or something...

Though Browns Farmer's Market was devoid of people, it was not lacking in animals one might find on a farm. Like insects and lizards, both of which I ran into (away from) here. Though, to be fair, insects aren't "animals" and I'm not exactly sure that you would find a lizard at a farm. I'm a city girl, ok? Geeze.

The crisp white peplum top is a structured piece. To relax it I added the ripped jeans and a bandana which, when paired w/ the red lip and pin-up curl, give off a retro feel, too.

No cows were harmed in the making of these shoes.

Bonus:

Spotting the afore mentioned bees...

Promptly running in terror...
That's right. A full sprint in 5" heels. Talent? I think so.

What about you? Are you the nature type or the city type?

Shoes: Bakers (old)

  1. You're too funny! That is serious talent running in those shoes! I love that top paired with the bandana and red lips -- adorable! I'm a mix of city and nature but probably more the nature girl however I easily get freaked from little critters!
